Developed by ESSEC Business School and Belugames, and inspired by the Climate Fresco, this tool provides a shared language and understanding to drive your team toward a more inclusive workplace.
How does the Diversity Fresco work?
The Diversity Fresco workshop is a dynamic, hands-on experience that spans three hours and is ideal for groups of 10 to 16 participants. It involves five rounds of card placement and engaging mini-games, using 41 carefully designed cards and other materials provided. This interactive format keeps participants engaged while they learn and collaborate.
